Write for us
We welcome clear, original pitches about gardens and the choices readers make in them. Send proposals through the Contact page; a useful pitch makes its subject, reader and central idea easy to see.
What fits
We consider evergreen explainers, comparisons, garden histories, care approaches and close observations of plants or garden spaces. Strong proposals have a defined focus, avoid unsupported promises and give readers something they can understand or consider without requiring specialist training.
Shape a useful pitch
Tell us the working title, the main question the piece answers, what makes the angle distinct and which readers may find it useful. For practical subjects, explain the choices or observations the article will help readers make. Mention sources or expertise you expect to draw on, but do not claim credentials you do not hold.
Original work and submissions
Proposals should be your own and should disclose relevant commercial interests. Do not send confidential material or promise access that you do not control. A pitch is not a guarantee of publication; use the Contact page to send your proposal and include enough detail for an editorial review.
